I’ve been meaning to tell you about this wonderful salad I discovered! It has basil, avocado, tomatoes, greens, and of course a delicious dressing that includes basil. I make it at least once a week and have shared the recipe with most everyone I know (except one friend at work :))! I think I want to try adding them to my smoothies!
I do put half of one in my smoothie every day, with half of a banana. Makes the smoothie really creamy 🙂 Hurray for avocados!
