Big difference! I feel really good, have lots of energy, moods are stable and I’m happy. I don’t remember ever feeling this way.
After one cleans up their emotional baggage (and believe me, it doesn’t happen overnight and lifestyle changes won’t be lasting unless you do) eating good food and moving will do it. Jump on the clean eating train with me!
